Terms of use
Zigzag & And is operated by LONUT, Singapore ("we", "us"). These terms cover zigzagandand.com and our reading and writing email subscription. Contact hello@zigzagandand.com with questions, delivery problems or billing concerns.
Who the service is for
The subscriber must be an adult aged 18 or over, or the age of majority where they live. Parents and teachers select appropriate work and supervise its use. We provide learning materials, not individual teaching, assessment or a guarantee of educational results.
Your subscription
Your subscription begins with 30 days free. After the trial, Stripe charges US$24 upfront for one year, renewing automatically each year until you cancel. The advertised US$2 per month is the monthly equivalent of this annual charge; there is no monthly payment plan. A payment method is required. Your checkout shows the total and trial end date before you subscribe; your bank may charge currency conversion fees. We send a reminder seven days before the trial ends.
Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. You can manage or cancel your subscription online at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current trial or paid period, and access continues until then. Contact us if you cannot access the cancellation page. Payments are non-refundable: we do not offer full or partial refunds for cancellation or unused time. Cancelling stops the next annual renewal; it does not refund the current year, and access continues until the end of that paid year. This policy does not limit any refund or other consumer rights required by applicable law. Contact support about billing errors or statutory rights.
We will tell you in advance of a price change and give you an opportunity to cancel before it takes effect. We do not change the price of a period you have already paid for.
Delivery
We send a collection every day, including weekends. Each contains a reading, eleven worksheets, answer keys and print packages. Your first collection arrives with the next daily edition after you subscribe. Email delivery times can vary.
Each daily email includes one ZIP attachment containing twelve PDFs: one shared reading and eleven worksheets with their answers. There is no subscriber download archive. Keep your email address up to date in the billing portal and check your spam folder. Contact us about missing or unusable materials so we can help.
Using the materials
You may save, print and adapt the worksheets you receive for your own household or the classes you personally teach, including paid teaching. You may continue using those received materials after cancellation. Public sample PDFs carry the same permission.
You may not resell our worksheets, publish them in a public collection, share the subscription with other households or teachers, or redistribute the PDF packs outside your own learners. This restriction applies to our original material and arrangement, not to underlying public-domain texts or teaching methods. Those remain subject to their own legal status.
Our original site content, artwork and branding belong to us or their respective rights holders. No ownership rights transfer to you. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorised access.
Educational content and corrections
We use AI to help create and check original learning activities. Errors can occur, and suggested answers are examples rather than the only acceptable responses. An adult should check suitability for the learner. Please send corrections to our support address.
Privacy and other services
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. Stripe handles checkout and billing under its own terms and privacy policy. Other linked services have their own policies.
Service changes and responsibility
We take reasonable care in providing the service, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free materials. We may suspend access for misuse or non-payment. If we discontinue the service, we will notify subscribers, stop future billing and address any paid period we cannot provide.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability relating to the service is limited to the greater of US$50 or the fees you paid us in the preceding six months. This does not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any responsibility or consumer right that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
Changes, disputes and contact
We may update these terms and will notify subscribers of material changes before they take effect. Singapore law governs these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country. The courts of Singapore may hear disputes; this does not remove any right you have under mandatory law to use your local courts or consumer remedies. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. These terms and the privacy policy describe our agreement for the service.
